I am still McDougalling and since I had an amazon credit, I did order Dr. Fuhrmans 2 book set "Eat for Health". It arrived yesterday and is going back today!!!!!! What a ripoff. He added a few things, didn't even credit Dr. Esselstyn and Dr. Ornish with the right info, used large type, added eggs, oil, meat, and the ingredients he sells to the recipes and most of the recipes in the second book were either from his earlier book or his PAID website member contributions. Large type, one recipe to a page and no index. I think a 10 year old could have done a better job!
Anyway I went to the McDougalls 3 Day Chef's Weekend the end of June this past year and had a fantastic time...and yeah I gained a few lbs with the great recipes! now I have to watch it more.
A few weeks ago we went to the Tempe Art Festival on Mill Ave. I haven't been in that area in over 20 years and wouldn't have recognized it. Seems strange to see a Starbucks and other chains in the area!
We are going out traveling again in January. We are going to Yuma and Mexico to get dental and glasses done, then to the RV and gemshows in Quartzste, Az, then to Las Vegas and see some relatives. I will try to post more photos but if anyone wants to see all our travels they are at:

Nancy, I just watched the Sacred Duty video. Thank you for it. I miss you on Dr. F's forum. I think you answered (at least partly) why he didn't post it--it has religious overtones. He wants no part of that, in my opinion. How are you doing?
